In the complainant, the concerned Tehsildar stated, “A team of revenue officials headed by the undersigned reached the Serender village in connection with some official and urgent work, where one person namely Ghulam Mohiuddin Rather from Arin and others assaulted the whole team, especially Tehsildar Bandipora and caught hold of his neck and tried to kill him. During the action, accused and his associates snatched and tore essential documents of Kudhara road and stole them.”
