SRINAGAR: The Chief Secretary, Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta expressed profound grief over the untimely demise of Director Finance, Mohammad Rafiq Hajam, who passed away this morning.

Expressing solidarity with the bereaved family, the Chief Secretary prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to near and dear ones to bear this irreparable loss.
