Kulgam: A 31-year-old mentally unsound man was killed in a road accident at Ashmuji in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Monday afternoon.
An official told the news agency— Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the man was hit by a dumper vehicle near Mirpora Ashmuji and he was immediately rushed to DH Kulgam for treatment, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
He identified the deceased as Rayees Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Ganie Bhat, a resident of Mirpora Ashmuji.
