Talking to Kashmir Images, the senior doctors expressed satisfaction over the availability of hi-tech medical equipments at GMC Anantnag, however, they expressed serious concern over the lack of staff that, according to them, is impacting the smooth functioning of these equipments.

Principal GMC Anantnag told Kashmir Images that the hospital authorities were waiting for the government to take steps to address the staff crisis so that they can ensure better healthcare facilities for the patients. “The hospital is facing the shortage of PG doctors, consultants, senior residents, paramedical staff and nurses,” the Principal said.
