Srinagar: Traffic authorities on Thursday said that only stranded traffic shall be allowed on Jammu-Srinagar highway, the only surface link connecting Kashmir Valley with the outside world.

“Tomorrow (April 23) subject to fair weather and better road condition only stranded vehicles between Nashree and Ramban shall be allowed towards Srinagar. No vehicle shall be allowed from Jammu or Udhampur towards Srinagar,” traffic authorities said in a communiqué as per GNS.
