Srinagar: Inspector General of Police, Vijay Kumar, was chief guest at Kashmir University’s annual literary and cultural festival Sonzal-2021.
The top police officer was invited as the chief guest by varsity’s vice chancellor for the valedictory function of the annual inter university festival held in the lawns of the Zabarwan Guest House in the main campus.
In the invitation letter to the top police officer, the vice chancellor had said that the varsity would be highly honoured to have his presence at the valedictory function as the Chief Guest. (GNS)
