Srinagar: Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Aijaz Asad has directed medical teams to conduct rapid-antigen tests (RAT) on persons found roaming without masks in and around the City.
Talking to media, Asad said that “whosoever will be be ever found without mask will be fined besides an on-spot Rapid Antigen Test performed on the person.”
The directive has apparently came as large number of people have been witnessed roaming without masks albeit a spike recorded in the COVID cases for nearly a week now. (GNS)
