Shopian: Police on Tuesday recovered the body of a revenue official from an orchard in Shopian district of south Kashmir.

Officials told GNS that the body of the Pathwari identified as Inam-ul-Haq was found at Aghlar, some five kilometres from his native village—Balpora Shopian.

There were no injury marks on his body and apparently it seems that he has suffered a cardiac arrest due to which he died, they said.

“The further necessary action has been initiated to know the real cause of his death,” they added. (GNS)
