Srinagar: Besides the good news about arrival of coronavirus vaccine in Jammu and Kashmir, there is one more good news – first time in 7 months, no one died of Covid-19 in the UT Wednesday.
However, officials said that 121 new positive cases of COVID-19 were reported today, 66 from Kashmir and 55 from Jammu division – thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 122885.
“Out of 122885 positive cases, 1629 are Active Positive, 119344 have recovered and 1912 have died,” officials said, adding, 1200 Covid-19 related deaths have been reported from Kashmir and 712 from Jammu division so far.
