Newly elected Councilors administered oath at Anantnag

ANANTNAG: The recently elected ULB Councilors were today administered oath by Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Anantnag, Syed Yasir during a ceremonial function held here.

On the occasion, elected Councilors of 04 Municipalities viz 05 Councilors of MC Anantnag, 12 of MC Seer Hamdan, 04 of MC Achabal and 02 of MC Mattan pledged to work with loyalty and honesty and to uphold sovereignty and integrity of the country.

Among others, the ceremony was attended by President MC Anantnag, Hilal Ahmad Shah, Tehsildars of Anantnag and Mattan besides other officers and officials.
