Qazigund: A Scooty rider died after being hit by a tractor in Vessu village of Qazigund in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the scooty rider was hit by a speedy tractor near Vessu on Jammu-Srinagar National highway, resulting in his on spot death.
