SRINAGAR : Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha has condoled the passing away of former Union Minister and veteran politician, Raghuvansh Prasad Singh today.
In a condolence message, the Lt Governor remarked, “Shri Raghuvansh Prasad Singh was an outstanding parliamentarian, who worked tirelessly for the empowerment of poor and downtrodden sections of the society.”
