Srinagar: Unknown gunmen on Saturday evening shot dead a man in Kangan village of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that unknown gunmen fired upon a man identified as Azad Ahmad Dar, 40 of Kangan village, leaving him critically wounded.
He said the injured man was shifted to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
He further added that whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
