JAMMU: Lieutenant Governor, G C Murmu today approved creation of Block Development Fund of Rs. 25 lakh each to be placed at the disposal of Block Development Council Chairpersons on the pattern of Constituency Development Fund.
These funds would be used for local development works in the blocks which shall be identified by the concerned BDC Chairperson as per local priorities.
