CII, IUST join hands to strengthen Digital Marketing Training

Srinagar: Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Islamic University of Science and Technology have joined hands to share challenges and lessons on strengthening the Digital Platform.

According to a press release issued by CII, to support students in the area of Digital Marketing and Public relations, a 3- Day workshop on Digital Marketing and PR certification will be held from July 20 -22, 2020.

“Khurshid Maqbool Dar, Head CII Kashmir zone initiated and gave a brief about the program.  Professor Haroon Naik, Dean Research HOD, Food Technology welcomed the participants. In his welcome address, Professor Haroon Naik spoke about the role of students and the challenges that students are facing during COVID times when almost everything including the universities are closed,” the press release reads.

“The meeting was attended by the Vice-Chancellor of the University Prof. Mushtaq Ahmad Sidiqi who was also the chief guest, Ex Dean and HOD School of Business studies Ayaz Matoo who is currently in Dallas USA, Dr Mohd Ashraf Parray HOD school of Business studies, Professor Ayaz Hassan Moon, Dean SOE&T, Dr Parvez chairman EDC and other faculty members of various departments and students of the School of Business studies,” it said.
