TWJA holds protest over ‘misbehavior’ by Tehsildar Kunzer

Tangmarg: Demanding action against Tehsildar Kunzer who allegedly “misbehaved” with a photojournalist in Kunzer town, Tangmarg Working Journalist Association (TWJA) staged a protest on Friday.

The members of TWJA protested against Tehsildar Kunzer in front of SDM Office at Tangmarg and demanded strict action against the said Tehsildar.

According to Sajad Hameed, who works as a photo Journalist at kashmir Times, Tehsildar pushed him multiple times and asked him to close his camera while he was performing his professional duty and was covering a protest staged by locals against Jal Shakti Department.

TWJA has urged Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Director Information Kashmir and DC Baramulla to take action against the official.
