SRINAGAR: KAS officers Association has expressed gratitude to the Government for its decision to designate two more KAS officers, Zubair Ahmed and Reva Kumari as Commissioner/Secretaries to the Government. An order in this regard was issued by the GAD.
Zubair Ahmad is presently posted as Secretary Culture Department, and holding additional charge of secretary Tourism Department, while as Reva Kumari is presently posted as Secretary ARI and Trainings Department. Earlier the Government had designated Talat Pervez Rohella as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government Higher Education Department.
