This is how Srinagar’s garbage dumping site at Achan Saidpora looks like. Even on the World Environment Day, just for the sake of mere tokenism, nothing of the sort was happening as would indicate scientific disposal and management of waste here. But officials of the UT administration did do some token lip-service to commemorate the occasion. Big boasts, small roasts!
