Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday placed Chief Education Officer Anantnag under suspension.
In a pre-dawn tweet, Principal Secretary School Education department, Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon announced that CEO Anantnag is being put under suspension.
“Shocked to know; middle school monghal Ang has 15 teachers & 13 students; those who don’t teach don’t deserve mercy; Directors to explain why teacher deployments not rationalised despite directions of HLG; CEO Ang being placed under suspension others to follow or face action,” Samoon tweeted at 4: 58 am.
