Tanveer-ul-Ahad, GNS Editor-in-Chief, passes away at 31

Srinagar: Tanveer ul Ahad, Editor and owner of Daily Kashmir Glory and news agency GNS passed away at a Srinagar hospital today, a say after his appendix perforated.

The demise of the young journalist has been condoled widely.

Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu today condoled the sad demise of Editor-in-Chief GNS and Kashmir Glory Newspaper, Tanveer ul Ahad.

In a condolence message, the Lt Governor has prayed for peace to the departed soul and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family members.

Principal Secretary Planning and Information Department, Rohit Kansal too has expressed grief over demise of Tanveer ul Ahad.

In a condolence message, Kansal has prayed for peace to the departed soul and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family members.

Meanwhile, several political parties including National Conference, Peoples Conference, PDP, Congress, CPI(M) and Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party besides media, social and religious  organizations have condoled the sad demise.

Kashmir Images team condoles the demise and prays for eternal peace to the departed soul.
