Handwara: At least 8 civilians were injured after an explosive device went off in the air at Ahgam Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Local said that an explosive device exploded at Ahgam area in Zachaldara block, which is 5 kms away from the today’s encounter spot.
They said around 8 people have sustained injuries and were being evacuated to health care for treatment.
A police official on being contacted said that the details related to the incident are being gathered—(KNO)
