Modernization of land records under DILRMP: Fin Comm holds VC with prospective bidders

JAMMU: Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Dr. Pawan Kotwal today held a Pre-bid video conference with prospective bidders to discuss their queries seeking amendment in the Request for proposal (RFP) floated on 5th of March, 2020 for inviting bids for modernization of land records in Jammu and Kashmir under DILRMP.

During the course of meeting with the prospective bidders and survey expert/Consultant T L Sharma (Former Director Survey of India), the specific queries submitted by the prospective bidders were discussed in detail. The representative of these companies put forth their suggestions and requested amendments in RFP.

The Financial Commissioner assured the representatives of the companies that due consideration shall be given to the queries submitted by them.

Some of the amendments in RFP were accepted by the committee. It was informed that the amendments accepted by the committee shall be uploaded on the jktenders.gov.in.

The prospective companies which participated in the video conference were RAM Tech, Hexagon Geo System, GIS consortium, Geovista Pvt Ltd. and Amnex Info technologies Pvt Ltd.

Commissioner Survey & Land Records J&K Shahnawaz Bukhari, Regional Director Survey and Land Records Jammu Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad, Director Finance Revenue Department Seema Bhasin and Consultant JAKLARMA Tarsem Chand were present in the video conference.
