He said the two others include a woman from old town Baramulla and an elderly resident of Uri who have been now kept officially under quarantine.

Official sources said that a 55- year old man tested positive for COVID- 19 in Uri. “He was affiliated with Tabligi Jamaat and in contact with previous infected persons.”

“He has already been sent to quarantine centre at JNV Shakote Boniyar,” the official said.

Surprisingly, his first sample had tested negative earlier. The official said in the last two days we have sent a total 26 samples to SKIMS for testing and remaining 25 have come negative.

Pertinent to mention here, the total tally in the Jammu and Kashmir stands now at 427.11 members of a family test corona positive in Delhi
