Deputy Commissioner Barmulla, Chief Medical Officer Barmulla, Sub Divisional Magistrate Gulmarg, Tehsildar Tangmarg, Block Medical Officer Tangmarg, Block Medical Officer Kunzar and others condoled the sudden demise of Bilal Ahmad Khan.

The relatives and friends of Bita Khan remembered him as a generous and helpful person. “He would always go out of his way to help others.”

In his condolence message, Former MLA Gulmrarg, Mohammad Abass Wani, paid tribute to the departed soul, “An absolute shocker — loosing a buddy, close confidant and a dear friend to a sudden cardiac arrest! Grave tragedy as it is, has struck us with raw tyranny and suddenness. Hilal Khan, our own Bita Khan was the real king as we would call him (King Khan) is no more. He really lived his life kingsize albeit without the longevity it deserved,” Wani said.

“Dear brother, your demise has left a deep wound and void that will remain with us forever, pounding us with the memories of good and bad times we sharedamong and between us. May your soul rest in peace,” Wani added.

Meanwhile, the bereaved family has requested the people not to visit their home for condolence in view of coronavirus threat.
