SRINAGAR, JULY 30: Vivek Singh, Principal Secretary to Governor Bihar, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Singh apprised Governor about various steps taken by the Bihar Government for raising standards of higher education and to-date status of some innovative measures initiated in this field by Malik when he was serving as Governor Bihar.
Governor appreciated Singh for his efforts in popularising the cryptic crossword as an educational tool all over the country and urged him to continue his endeavours towards promotion of quality education at all levels.
