Srinagar, July 24: Bapura Camp of Bandipora Military Garrison organized Capt Vishal Bhandral, KC, Memorial Volleyball Premier League-2019 at Bapura from 06 July 2019 to 23 July 2019.

The tournament was played on league-cum-knock out basis. The 20 participating teams were divided into four pools of five teams each. A total of 40 league matches were played. Thereafter top four teams in the four pools qualified for semi-finals. Chitibandi Subline and Bapura Hussain Sports qualified for finals which were played at Bapura Camp on 23 Jul 2019.

The match was witnessed by a large audience including Commander Watlab Sector. The match was won by Chitibandi Subline. Prizes were awarded by the Commander to the winners and runners up. After the ceremony, the Commander encouraged and congratulated all the players and officials for immaculate conduct of the tournament.
