Srinagar: Farooq Khan has been appointed as the Advisor to the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir with effect from the date he assumes chare.
An order no: 803 – GAD of 2019 dated 13-o7-2019 reads that the appointment of Khan (IPS) shall be governed by the terms and conditions as are applicable to other Advisors in terms of Government order number: 1110 – GAD of 2018 dated 09-07-2018.
