WPL: FCC Tarzoo defeat Asham Reds

Sopore, June 22: In the ongoing Wular Premier League, FCC Tarzoo beat Asham Reds by 2 wickets here at Sheikhul Alam Sports field at Tarzoo.

Batting first, Asham Reds Scored 115 runs for the loss of all wickets. Ishfaq was the top scorer with 39.

For FCC Tarzoo, Zahid and Nayeem scalped two wickets each.

In reply, FCC Tarzoo achieved the target in the 20th of the game for the loss of 8 wickets.

Vikas scored 31 and Aakash 24 as they were the two top scorers for Tarzoo.

For Asham, Umer Danish and Nasir took 2 wickets each.

Vikas was declared man of the match for his crucial knock of 31 runs.

The Second match of the day was played between Acc Tarzoo and Syndicate Sports Sopore in which Tarzoo defeated Sopore by 35 runs.

Bating first, ACC Posted 140 runs on the board for the losS of eight wickets. Javaid 47 and Mudasir 42 played brilliantly.

For Syndicate Sports, Danish took 4-fer and Umer took brace.

In reply, Sopore Syndicate failed to chase the target and were bundled out on 105 runs. Sarfraz was the top scorer with 37 runs.

For ACC, Suhail Shams took 5-fer. He was declared man of the match for his brilliant bowling performance.

This tournament is being organized by Sports Association Tarzoo
