Training on JK PaySys system held for HODs, dealing assistants at Leh

LEH, JUNE 15: One day training on JK PaySys system for HODs and dealing assistants of various state government departments of Leh district was held at DC Conference Hall today.

JK Payment System (Pay Manager) is an another big step towards achieving the dream of Digital India which provides common and integrated platform for DDO’s to prepare all types of bills for booking of expenditure. It is also the Pay Bill Preparation System which meant for the employees of the government of Jammu and Kashmir. The software not only provides the facilities for pay bill preparation but also prepares DA Arrear, Bonus, Arrears and leave en-cashment bills.

Expert trainers from National Informatics Centre J&K State Rajesh Kumar Scientist “E” and Sayed Arshid Assistant Programmer gave live demo through Power Point Presentation about the functioning of JK PaySys Application including creating DDO login in PaySys and integration of PaySys with other system including BEAMS, CIPS, Treasury Net/PAO and other system like GPF, Income tax etc. Rajesh Kumar Scientist “E” asked HODs and concerned dealing assistants to enter complete and correct data required in the PaySys application initially in the first month which will ensure streamlining of the online system smoothly.

Later in a question-answer session, the Expert trainers answered the queries of HODs and concerned officials and cleared their doubts about the PaySys online system.
