Srinagar: One person was shot at near Pantha Chowk Monday evening and was declared dead at a Srinagar Hospital.
Sources said that one Sameer Ahmad, resident of Khonmoh was shot at by some unidentified gunman near Pantha Chowk.
The 30-year old Sameer received a bullet in his chest and was rushed to SMHS Hospital Srinagar where he was declared dead by the doctors.
Sources said that he was working as a driver with Khyber Cements.
