KISHTWAR, JUNE 02: The Annual Holy Mindal Mata Yatra took off today amid religious fervor and gaiety here from the historic Gori Shankar Mandir.
A huge gathering of devotees including women and children accompanied the Chari Mubarak chanting religious slogans and singing devotional Songs.
Earlier, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Angrez Singh Rana flagged off the Annual Holy Mindal Mata Yatra from the historic Gori Shankar Mandir in presence of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pawan Parihar, CAO R. K Hiteshi, Prof Daljeet Singh Manhas and representatives of religious organizations.
The district administration has made elaborate arrangements for security, basic amenities, medical facilities and other things for the smooth conduct of the yatra.
