DDC Ganderbal reviews Aadhar seeding, PoS transactions, stock position in dist

GANDERBAL, MAY 23: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Ganderbal, Hashmat Ali Khan today chaired a meeting with the officials of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) department to review the status of Aadhar seeding, point of sale (PoS) transactions and stock position in view of ensuing Mela Kheer Bhawani and Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra.

The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer, Assistant Director FCS&CA and the other concerned officers of the district.

Besides, other things, the meeting also discussed digitization of ration cards, the stock position of essential commodities.

Later, DDC also reviewed the stock position of essential commodities like rice, atta, sugar, kerosene and LPG for Mela Kheer Bhawani and Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra.

The Assistant Director FCS & CA informed that sufficient stock of all essential commodities is available in the district to cater the needs during Mela Kheer Bawani.

Meanwhile, District Development Commissioner (DDC) Ganderbal, Hashmat Ali Khan chaired a meeting with the district officers to discuss the District Plan 2019-20.

The DDC discussed in detail all the projects which are in the District Plan Capex 2019-20 under different sectors with the concerned officers. The meeting also discussed the physical as well as the financial status of languishing projects in the district.

The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer, Superintendent Engineer R&B, Executive Engineers of R&B, PHE, PDD and I&FC, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Education Officer, DPO and other district officers attended the meeting.
