Srinagar, May 20: Restrictions will be imposed in parts of Srinagar on Tuesday in view of shutdown call, said a police official.
A police official said that restrictions will be imposed in parts of old city as a “precautionary measure”.
“Restrictions will remain in place across areas falling under the territorial jurisdiction of Nowhatta, Rainawari, Khanyar, MR Gunj and Safa Kadal police stations,” he added.
The separatists have called for a shutdown to mark the death anniversary of Mirwaiz Muhammad Farooq and Hawal martyrs.
