Sopore, May 16: The first match of the day was played between Kashmir Gymkhana and KCC Kunzer
Kashmir Gymkhana led by Manzoor Pandov’s sparkling inning of 86* of 48 balls and Aadil Reshi played an eye catching knock of 60 runs with some delightful shorts. Waseem Kachur and Ishtiyaq Naag scored 28 and 29 runs respectively as Gymkhana put a huge score of 223 on board.
In reply, KCC Kunzer failed to chase the target as they lost the wickets in heap and were restricted on 127 runs. Mudasir was top scorer with 35 runs.
Kashmir Gymkhana won the match by a huge margin of 97 runs.
Manzoor Pandov was declared Man of the match for his all round performance of 86 runs and a wicket.
The tournament is being organized by Sports Association Tarzoo.
