Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Wednesday expressed grief and sorrow over the incident in which two brothers were killed due to a cloudburst in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The deceased were identified as Arif Ahmad Lone and Sameer Ahmad Lone.
In a statement issued here, PDP Vice President Abdul Rahman Veeri termed the incident extremely painful and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.
The PDP Vice President also prayed for the patience of the grief stricken family members of the deceased and asked the government to provide all necessary assistance to them on priority.
