Srinagar, Apr 27: Police on Saturday claimed to have traced a missing person from Boniyar area of Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

A police spokesperson said that Police Station Panzla received a report from Gulzar Ahmad Khan informing them that his father-in-law Sharif-ud-din Gujjar is missing since April 15, 2019.

A special team was constituted which carried out searches at different places and finally traced the missing person from Boniyar in Uri, he said.

“After completion of legal formalities, Sharif-ud-din was handed over to his family members,” the spokesman said.
