Sopore: Atleast five shops were gutted in a fire incident which broke out on Wednesday morning  at Iqbal market a busiest commercial hub in Sopore town of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

According to reports, the flames occurred on early Wednesday in three storey shoping Complex at Iqbal market in the town, and damaged five shops which include two shops on ground floor, 2 shops on 1st floor and one shop on 2nd floor of the 3 storey building were gutted.

Fire and emergency department Sopore official told Kashmir Images that , soon after the incident fire service teams were rushed to the spot to control the fire , the fire was brought under control, however the cause of fire was not immediately known .
