Shopian, Apr 10: A Special Police Officer (SPO) was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly stealing the cattle at a village in south Kashmir’s Shopian.
A police official said that Jahangir Ahmad Ganaie of Balpora was caught by the local residents and later handed over to the police.
Wani, according to the official, was caught in Zarkan village while he was trying to steal the cattle from the area.
