JAMMU, MARCH 25: Deputation of Federation of Industries Bari Brahamana today called on the Advisor to Governor, Kewal Kumar Sharma and discussed several issues related to Industrial sector in the State.
The deputation projected several issues like release of pending payments of Industrial Units from PDD, simplification of procedure for surrender of power connections by Industrial units, issuance of procedure/guidelines for self certification Mechanism for Annual Assessment of raw material/Finished Goods for Toll tax Exemption, denial of budgetary support to industrial units engaged in roasting of Groundnuts/Cashew and Decorations of walnut/Almond by State tax department and extension of state fiscal Incentives to new units and those under substantial expansion.
The Advisor assured the deputation that the issues projected would be redressed as early as possible.
