Srinagar, Mar 22: Authorities on Thursday evening placed Hurriyat Conference (M) & Jammu & Kashmir Awami Action Committee chairman under house arrest at his Nigeen residence ahead of proposed JRL protest after Friday prayers against custodial killing of Rizwan Pandith.
