Locals throng the residential houses, damaged in Monday’s encounter in Pinglana village of Pulwama district. Four soldiers, three militants, one cop and a civilian were killed in the encounter.
The maintenance staff is doing the needful as govt decides to throw-open Tulip Garden on March 16.
