JAMMU, FEBRUARY 18: Governor Satya Pal Malik has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Guru Ravi Dass Jayanti.
In his message of felicitations, the Governor described Guru Ravi Dass Ji as a great social reformer who tirelessly endeavoured to ameliorate the lot of the people, especially the downtrodden and under-privileged sections of the society. He said that Guru Ji’s teachings of peace, harmony, love and compassion have influenced millions of people and continued to inspire generations to work for a harmonious society which is based on equality and social justice.
The Governor prayed for peace, progress and prosperity in the State.
