SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 08: Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Medical College-Hospital has established a helpline in the interest of providing relief to the patients in view of inclement weather conditions.
As per an official communiqué issued by the office of Principal, the Hospital has kept two ambulances for ferrying critically-ill patients as and when required to any hospital within the municipal limits of Srinagar.
