Budgam: A policeman of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district has shot himself dead at District Police Line (DPL) Budgam today morning.
“One police head constable Mohammad Shafi Mir R/o Sadoora Anantnag, committed suicide by firing upon himself at DPL Budgam today early morning,” said a senior police offical.
He said that the reasons for the incident “are being ascertained”.
