ASP traffic conducts traffic review meeting in view of Republic Day

 SRINAGAR, Jan 23: ASP Traffic, Srinagar City, Sonam Dechen JKPS, conducted a Traffic review meeting with all stake holders here today at Traffic Police Office Srinagar, in view of Republic Day celebrations.

According to a police statement, ASP stressed upon all the officers that proper briefing be given to the officers and officials deployed for Republic Day duties in view of Traffic regulations across the city. He stressed upon all the participants for effective and coordinated efforts at gross root level for smooth conduct of the function.

“ASP reiterated his commitment to streamline traffic and stressed upon his men in blue to exhibit high sense of responsibility and duty while regulating traffic and also to foster public-police relationship with maximum focus on traffic regulation strictly as per the interaction held in the meeting,” reads the statement.

“Besides the officials, following Supervisory Officers/DTI’s/SO’s namely DySP (T) City North, Farooq Ahmad Reshi, DySP (T) City West, Raies Ahmad & DySP (T) City South. DTI’s Inspr Mushtaq Ahmad, Inspr Rakesh Kumar, Inspr Mushtaq and SO’s SI Irfan Ahmad, SI Altaf Kuttey, SI Zahoor Ahmad, SI Mudassir Ahmad, SI Ali Mohd, ASI Bashir, ASI Mohd Ali Shah etc.PA to SP SI Muneer Ahmad, SI Mehraj LO TPL, MHC/MC HC Feroz Ahmad, HC Gulzar, Sgct Faqir Ahmad, Syed Ahmad of crime section attended the meeting,” it said.
