Srinagar: CAG Delhi defeated Mumbai Cricket Academy by 77 runs in the final match of Shri Gajanan Maharaj T20 Cricket Tournament at Nagpur.

Earlier CAG Delhi won the toss and elected to bat first, while batting first CAG Delhi scored 186 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the allotted 20 overs with the help of superb century knock by Abhiv Barot who scored 107.

Mumbai Cricket Academy failed to chase the total and was bundled out for 109 runs. MCC lost quicl wickets as the ‘speed star’ of Jammu and Kashmir, Mehjoor Ali rattled the batting order by knocking down four wickets.

For CAG Delhi, Mehjoor took four while as Jaskaran and Karan took three wickets each.

Abhiv Barot was declared player of the final match while Ali was declared player of the tournament for his superb bowling performance in the whole tournament. Mehjoor took a total of 14 wickets in the five matches of the tournament.

A traffic talent neglected by JKCA, Ali has been performing to the best of his capacity and earning great appreciation from the greats of the game.
