Srinagar, Dec 29: Former cabinet Minister and senior Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader Naeem Akhtar has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Prof (Dr) O.N Wakhlu.

In his condolence message, Akhtar said Dr Wakhlu’s contribution is lasting as he trained many generations of engineers for over five decades who shaped the state and its development landscape. Dr Wakhlu was former Principal Regional Engineering College Srinagar and Chairman of IIE from 1975 to 1977.
