Director Estates reviews facilities provided to employees by hotels

SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 12: To review the residential facilities being provided to the Move and Non-Move employees, Director Estates Tariq Hussain Ganaie today held a meeting with the hoteliers here at TRC Srinagar.

Director Estates stressed upon all the hoteliers to provide quality food and residential facilities to the employees as per the norms laid by the Department. He said that any hotel failing to provide quality services to the residing employees shall face strict action, including blacklisting.

Taking strong notice of the complaints regarding some hoteliers for not providing standard facilities to the residential employees, Director Estates directed Deputy Director Estates Kashmir Fayaz Ahmad Fayaz, to personally monitor the facilities being provided to the employees and apprise the Department regarding such hoteliers.

Deputy Director Estates Kashmir informed Director about the functioning of the Department in Kashmir.

During the meeting, hoteliers apprised the Director Estates about certain issues in reply to which Director Estates issued some directions and also sought some suggestions from them.

Director Estates, Tariq Hussain Ganaie assured the employees who are residing in these hotels of satisfactory facilities. Director told the employees to inform the Department about the non-satisfactory facilities if provided by any hotelier.
