JAMMU, DECEMBER 07: Advisor to the Governor, Khurshid Ahmed Ganai, today congratulated Mushtaq Ahmad Mushtaq and Inderjeet Kesar for being conferred with the prestigious Sahitya Akademi Annual Award-2018 for their contribution to Kashmiri and Dogri literature, respectively.
In his congratulatory message, Ganai also advised Secretary, Academy of Art, Culture & Languages, to felicitate the awardees.
