Anantnag: Police in Anantnag led by SSP Anantnag Altaf Ahmad Khan conducted a counselling session for the youth of District Anantnag who “had been instigated and misguided by some unscrupulous elements of society to vitiate peace in valley”.
A police spokesman said that Anantnag police after identifying the vulnerable youth, invited them along with their parents to District Police Lines Anantnag where a detailed counselling session was conducted. Youth were made aware of their capabilities and potential and also the ways & means of realizing their talents so that they would become productive assets for the society and their parents.
Youth of Anantnag and their parents were assured of full support by Police. Anantnag police will be facilitating them in their studies and other sports activities as well as provide financial assistance to the needy ones, he said.
